Uploaded by the author, Windows Running Log System is based on the book "Training Log" produced by Budd Coates and the editors of "Runner's World" magazine. This log (diary) program lets you decide what you what in it (whatever information you want to refer back to and apply to future training). The system allows you to record any type of workout not just running. Distance and time are common to all aerobic sports but beyond that, you, are the designer of the log.
The program consists of 3 disks.

To install extract the archives RUNLOG1.ZIP, RUNLOG2.ZIP and RUNLOG3.ZIP onto floppies or into temporary directories and run INSTALL.EXE.
